At Executive Surfaces we are here to help! prior to any coating or resurfacing procedure, the surface is ground to open up any potential cracks not visible from the surface. Cracks are then further opened up with a v shaped grinder to deeply expose the repair. Then a steel shot blaster shoots directly down onto the area opening up and thoroughly cleaning inside. Next deeply penetrating resins are infilled with aggregates as needed to creat a bond stronger than the surrounding concrete. in more extreme cases, structural carbon fibre ties may be imbedded with epoxy in a stitch pattern to further add structural integrity.
